Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other players, and facilities.

JW Basketball reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in basketball training and related activities involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that JW Basketball is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, branding, videos, and intellectual property belong to JW Basketball and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

SMS Messaging Terms
