By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 833-910-1456. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

JW Basketball Academy reserves the right to cancel sessions or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or credit may be offered.

Health and Participation Disclaimer

Participation in basketball training and physical activity involves risk of injury. By using the Service, you confirm that the participant is medically fit to take part. JW Basketball Academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow coaching instructions or disclose relevant medical conditions.

Code of Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, players, and other participants. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from sessions or termination of access to the Service without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service including videos, training materials, logos, text, and graphics is the property of JW Basketball Academy. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

Photography and Media

We may take photos or videos during sessions or events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant JW Basketball Academy permission to use this media unless you notify us in writing in advance.
