About FEA

We cater to a unique student

Ask a middle school student what he or she wants to do when they get older … most will tell you they don’t have any idea. But elite athletes are different! They know they want to play their sport in high school, and even beyond. Athletics isn’t just a casual activity for them — it’s a passion! Does this describe your middle school child? If so, you want to do everything you can to give him or her an advantage to attain their goal.

Elite Athlete Middle School offers a hybrid program designed to maximize students’ time and efforts. Our unique approach allows us to provide both athletic training and academic instruction during every school day.  It’s an “outside the box” solution for the serious athlete who is also a serious student.

We break the day into two “blocks.” The morning is dedicated to training & the afternoon is dedicated to academics.

MORNING BLOCK (Athletics) 8:00am – 11:30am

  • Warm-ups & flexibility
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Speed & agility
  • Personalized training with sport-specific coach

AFTERNOON BLOCK (Academics) 12:00pm – 3:00pm

  • Lunch
  • Core subjects
  • Elective course(s)
  • Learning lab

No More Late Nights at the Gym

Because EAMS builds three to four hours of training into the schedule every day, many student-athletes will be done with their daily workout by the time they leave school. Your child no longer needs to be in the gym past 9:00 at night to become an elite athlete!
